We want you to love your space. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-Day Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- To start a return, email support@quickbuydecor.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label or instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full — including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final-sale or clearance items (marked at purchase).
- Gift cards.
- Items returned used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging.
