Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days and expedited takes 2–4.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Several of our gift sets (like the matcha, candle care and journal sets) already arrive in a gift box. For other items, email us before your order ships and we'll let you know what we can do.

Most are best washed cold on a gentle cycle and laid flat or tumbled dry on low. Always check the product's Care section first.

Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Keep wood away from soaking water and oil it occasionally to keep it looking fresh.
